This power point presentation will touch on the different food choices we have that either benefit your health or cause increased toxicity and health problems. I will also touch specifically on foods that have been scientifically proven to help reverse certain health conditions.  This class will include some healthy food ideas and samples. Recipes will be given, but this is not a demonstration class.
