Bring your chef knife from home and get it professionally sharpened, learn proper handling and cutting skills as you prepare ingredients for Raw Nori Rolls. Then you will learn the technique for rolling your own Nori rolls and enjoy them as a snack.Â You will have the opportunity to handle and use Cutco knives during class.Â My friend, Jonathan Parker,Â is the #1Â Cutco rep in the area andÂ will be sharingÂ his knives for this class, sharpening the knives you bringÂ and will beÂ givingÂ some valuableÂ information about cutlery.Â Come join us for a fun night of knife skills and nori rolling!Â You will receive a packet of knife skill tips and recipes for nori rolls and dipping sauces.
