All classes are whole food plant-based.
Registration is required because classes fill quickly.
Cancellation Policy: Registration is required prior to the start of a class. If you need to cancel, a notification period of 48 hours before the class is required for a full refund. With less than 48 hour notice, you will be refunded half the cost of the class due to preparations for the class already in progress. If I need to cancel due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive full refund.

Beat the Holiday Sugar Blues
We all eat too much sugar and usually pay dearly for it afterwards. Do you want to know how to use whole foods as sweeteners and learn to choose between beneficial sweeteners and the ones to be cautious of? In this class we will talk about the different sweeteners on the market and make three no-bake treats using healthy for you sweeteners. Come taste and take home the recipes so you can add some healthy treats to your holiday tables.
