- 1 15 oz can Cannellini beans or Chickpeas cooked
- 1 14 oz. Can Artichoke Hearts from the can, drained, chopped or frozen, thawed
- 1/2 -3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/3 cup Red Onion sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp Fresh basil finely chopped
- 2 Tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tsps White Wine Vinegar
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup feta cheese optional
