Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup nut or oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp spices to taste cinnamon & ginger, or maca & cacao

Instructions

  • Blend everything until thick and smooth. Drink Up!
